7. NO REFUND POLICY – FOOD & CONSUMABLE ITEMS

ALL FOOD, GROCERY, AND CONSUMABLE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

❌ No refunds, returns, or exchanges are allowed on:

• Fresh groceries

• Frozen items

• Cooked or ready-to-eat food

• Perishable goods

• Any opened or consumed items

This policy is strictly enforced for food safety and hygiene reasons.

8. Exceptions (Limited Cases Only)

A replacement or store credit may be considered only if:

• The wrong item was delivered

• An item is missing from the order

• The item is clearly damaged or expired at the time of delivery

⚠️ Proof (photo/video) must be submitted within the specified time after delivery. Approval is at Mart2Carts’ sole discretion.

9. Cancellations

• Orders cannot be canceled once processing or delivery has started

• Same-day or immediate orders are non-cancellable

• Promotional discounts are subject to terms and availability

• Misuse of promotions may result in order cancellation or account suspension
